Are you passionate about finance and eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join a multinational company operating in the legal industry.


As a Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance team with various tasks essential to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while working closely with seasoned professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliations;
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts;
  • Assist with financial reporting tasks, including preparing financial statements and variance analysis;
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency;
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory);
  • Previous experience or internships in finance or accounting is a plus, but is not mandatory;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications;
  • Good knowledge of English (mandatory);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
