Our client is a fast-growing company in the Telecommunications sector. In order to follow the growth plan, it proposes the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead the technical team, manage multiple complex projects, and ensure if rigorous service levels are met.
Your mission is to lead the technical team, plan and manage technical projects, and ensure the articulation between the resources and stakeholders. Your responsibilities are:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the technical team;
Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications network infrastructure, including broadband services, OLTs, BNGs, and other related systems;
Develop and implement network performance monitoring and optimization strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction;
Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and efficient allocation of resources, utilizing Agile methodologies;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to develop new product offerings and improve existing services;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring the selection of high-quality equipment and services;
Ensure compliance with all the relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to telecommunications services and network security.
